We may use this information to operate the Services, maintain security, understand how visitors use our website, diagnose technical problems, improve performance, and support our business operations.

2. WooCommerce and Online Purchases

Our website uses WooCommerce to provide online shopping and e-commerce functionality.

When you purchase products or services through our website, we may collect information necessary to process and fulfill your transaction, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, order contents, transaction amount, shipping information, and order history.

WooCommerce and related technologies may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain your shopping cart, remember session information, facilitate checkout, maintain account sessions, and provide other functionality necessary to operate the online store.

3. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. When you submit payment card or other payment information, that information may be transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor rather than being stored by Digital Table Displays.

We may receive limited information about the transaction, such as the payment status, transaction identifier, card type, expiration information, billing details, or limited portions of a payment card number where provided by the payment processor.

Payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy policies, security standards, and contractual obligations.

4. Customer Content and the Content Management Portal

Digital Table Displays provides customers with tools that may allow them to upload, schedule, manage, and display content across their Digital Table Display units.

Customer Content may sometimes contain information relating to identifiable individuals. Examples may include photographs, names, event information, tributes, donor recognition, sponsor information, or other personalized content.

When a customer provides personal information about another individual through the portal or other Services, the customer is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis, authorization, permission, or consent to provide and use that information.

Digital Table Displays generally processes Customer Content for the purpose of providing the Services requested by the customer, including storing, transmitting, formatting, scheduling, displaying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting that content.

We do not obtain ownership of Customer Content merely because it is transmitted through our Services.

5. Sensitive and Regulated Information

Our Services are not designed for the routine collection or storage of highly sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account passwords, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers, or detailed medical records.

Unless Digital Table Displays has expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, customers should not use our website, portal, displays, or Services to collect, store, or transmit protected health information (“PHI”) regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or other specially regulated health information.

The fact that Digital Table Displays products may be used within hospitals, medical offices, healthcare facilities, funeral homes, or other regulated environments does not by itself mean that Digital Table Displays is providing a service designed for the storage or processing of regulated medical records or PHI.

9. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Digital Table Displays does not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

Certain privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly and may treat some disclosures involving advertising or analytics technologies as falling within those definitions, even when no money is exchanged for personal information.

To the extent such laws apply to Digital Table Displays and our use of such technologies, we will provide applicable privacy rights and opt-out mechanisms as required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, Digital Table Displays does not control the information that an individual chooses to provide directly to a customer’s advertiser, sponsor, website, registration platform, ticketing service, donation platform, or other third party after interacting with customer-provided content.

The applicable customer and third party are responsible for their own privacy practices and compliance obligations.
