General

What are Digital Table Displays?

Digital Table Displays are on-table screen units that rotate messaging, promotions, and sponsor content in high-dwell environments. They’re designed to capture attention where people naturally gather—on tables, counters, and shared spaces.

Where do your displays work best?

Our displays work best anywhere guests or students spend time seated or waiting—dining halls, student centers, lounges, casino floors, bars, restaurants, hotel check-ins, and event tables.

What can I display on the screens?

You can display announcements, promotions, sponsor content, event schedules, photo slideshows, menus, and QR codes that drive donations, ticket sales, sign-ups, and more.

How often does content rotate?

Content can rotate on a schedule of your choosing, including 15, 30, 60, or 90-second intervals.

Rentals

What types of events are rentals best for?

Rentals are perfect for weddings, galas, fundraisers, corporate events, celebrations of life, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other milestone gatherings where you want a polished guest experience and table-level storytelling.

Do you deliver, set up, and pick up the displays?

Yes. We keep rentals simple: we deliver the units, set them up, and pick them up after your event so you can focus on the experience.

Can I include sponsors, photos, and QR codes?

Absolutely. Many events use the displays to highlight sponsors, rotate photo content, and include QR codes for donations, auctions, RSVPs, or social sharing.

How many displays do I need?

That depends on your table count and how you want to cover the room. We can recommend a mix of units based on your venue layout and the experience you’re aiming for.

Colleges & Universities

How does a campus advertising network work?

Campuses place units in high-dwell locations (dining halls, student centers, libraries, residence halls, lounges) and rotate content across the network. This enables consistent communication and creates recurring sponsor and advertising opportunities.

What kinds of campus content should we run?

Many schools promote student events, campus initiatives, dining specials, club announcements, admissions messaging, safety reminders, and student services—alongside sponsored messaging.

Can different buildings show different content?

Yes. Content can be managed and scheduled by location group, allowing you to tailor messaging by building, department, or audience.

Casinos & Hospitality

What types of messaging work best in casinos?

Entertainment schedules, dining and nightlife promotions, loyalty program messaging, drawings, tournaments, and property-wide initiatives perform well—especially when paired with QR codes for instant engagement.

Where should the displays be placed?

Common placements include casino floor seating areas, bars and restaurants, lounges, sportsbooks, hotel check-in, and lobby seating—anywhere guests naturally spend time.

Can the displays support sponsor and advertising revenue?

Yes. Many properties use the displays to offer premium sponsor placements and on-site advertising packages across multiple venues and locations.
